Aunt Ginny's Cinnamon Pudding
Part 1:
1 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
Mix together in a bowl. Spread Part 1 in a baking dish.
Part 2:
2 cups brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups water
Heat Part 2 ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Pour Part 2 over Part 1. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.
