National Home Care & Hospice Month

"One person caring about another represents life's greatest value." - Jim Rohn, author

Why do we love November? We love the changing of seasons, the celebration of Veteran's Day and Thanksgiving, and the recognition of our wonderful caregivers during National Home Care & Hospice Month!

Home care is a wonderful option for many older adults. Many elderly individuals and couples prefer to stay in the comfort of their own home where they have freedom to do as they please and are at less risk of contracting other illnesses. Caregivers make that possible by coming into their homes and providing personal care, housekeeping, cooking, laundry, errands, as well as companionship!

Our caregiver heroes deserve to be honored and thanked for the hard work, dedication, and the incredible difference they are making in our clients' lives. It is not easy work that they do. National Association for Home Care & Hospice president William A. Dombi says,“Home care and hospice nurses, therapists, aides, and other providers who choose to use their lives to serve our country’s aged, disabled, and dying. This noble work deserves our recognition and praise and we celebrate November as Home Care & Hospice Month for that very reason.”

  • If you are a caregiver, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being a difference maker!

  • If you have a caregiver, take a moment to let them know you appreciate them!

  • If you are interested in being a caregiver, please give us a call! We would love to talk with you!
