Hey, I'm Haley, Office Assistant here at HomeCourt Home Care! If you call into the office, there's a good chance you will talk with me first. My job duties include answering the phones and greeting those who walk in our office, keeping things organized and readily available for the office staff, completing and inputting necessary paperwork for new caregivers and clients, and basically helping make sure the other team members have what they need to do their job. I keep track of various weekly/monthly reports, help with billing and payroll, and more. I also get to do really fun things like helping organize our social events and parties, write birthday cards and prepare gift bags- all ways we love to show our appreciation to our caregivers!
I get to talk to a lot of people each day on the phone and when they come to the office! I love getting to know each caregiver and client. Our office team is also pretty great. You never know what the day will hold, and the girls in the office make it so fun!
What I love most about my job is knowing that every day we are helping families! Whether it be the parents of medically complex kiddos or family members with elderly loved ones who need a little extra help at home, I love that HomeCourt Home Care offers emotional and financial support and resources! Knowing that I am playing a small part in this makes my heart so happy! I can honestly say I look forward to coming to work each day, and I know how blessed I am to be able to say that!
When I'm not at work, I am enjoying time with my husband and daughter. We enjoy going to the park, riding bikes, and just spending time outside. I love sitting down with a good book and a caramel latte, trying a new recipe, and spending time with family and friends! My faith is the most important part of my life, and I am continually learning more about the goodness of God and His unfailing love!
