November is a special time for HomeCourt Home Care and our caregivers! This month we honor our hardworking caregivers who are daily making a remarkable difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
When a person prefers to stay at home, or is homebound, but needs ongoing care, that's where our caregivers step in. We help clients' live independently and improve their quality of life, while providing support for family members. Our caregivers can help with all kinds of personal care and homemaking services, such as:
Dressing and grooming
Medication reminders
Ambulation and transfer assistance
Toileting assistance
Bathing and showering assistance
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Laundry
Shopping and errands
Checking mail
Recreational activities and companionship
Respite support for family, as needed
